ICCS 2018: Friday September 28th to Tuesday October 2nd in Portland Oregon

The ICCS 2018 Meeting & Course is designed for Laboratory Directors, Physicians, Laboratory Managers and Supervisors, Clinical Laboratory Scientists/Medical Technologists, and Residents/ Fellows. The goals of these events are to help participants increase their knowledge of current tools and technologies available for patient sample analysis, better understand the accepted methodologies and benchmarks for patient sample analysis and diagnosis, and to increase their competence in using analytical software applications.

Monday October 1st there will be a plenary session on The Role of Flow Cytometry in Drug Development. FCSL frequently handles a variety of specimens for drug development. We analyze specimens from exploratory research to clinical trials. The organizers for this session are Virginia Litwin and Steve Kussick.

Tuesday October 2nd there is a plenary session on Regulatory Issues in Flow Cytometry. This session will talk about analyses being run in different laboratories and give a sneak peek on a validation document for flow cytometry methods. The organizers are Mike Linden and Adam Seegmiller.
